You need at least 30mbit/s. The best time to test your speed is Weekdays 19-22 and Weekends as most broadband providers have congestion at these times. There are some providers who make false promises of 100mbit broadband, but this is unfortunately far from true. You get 100mbit from these if: You surf during the day, not in the evening If you surf on websites that have servers based in Sweden Therefore we ask you to test your bandwidth against Holland On evenings and weekends when many broadband providers are overloaded. If you get less than 30 mbit, it is time to change your broadband provider as your provider is lying to you.
HD is a channel that is sent out in 720p, FHD is slightly better quality and is sent out in 1080p. If neither HD nor FHD is included in the channel name, expect it to be sent out in SD, which is the lowest quality.
Issuing a ticket for account activation or technical support will get responded between 1 hour to 2. But we intend to reply within the hour of receiving the mentioned tickets.
